 Founded in 2004, the 4FW Academy has gone from strength to strength with several of our students receiving WWE tryouts. The Academy went full-time in 2007 and is currently producing the hottest prospects plying their trade in European Wrestling. The Training Centre is fully insured and is the best equipped training centre in Europe.

Set Training Days/Times:
Tuesday: 6:15pm - 9:15pm (The Saint) Anyone can attend.
Thursday: 6:15pm - 9:15pm (David Sharp) Roster members only.
Friday: 6:15pm - 9:15pm (David Sharp and/or Behnam Ali) Anyone can attend.
Sunday: 10:30am - 4:30pm (The Saint and David Sharp)
Personal Training:
One-to-One or group sessions can be arranged at any time outside of the set times. To enquire or book simply leave an e-mail message with all your details through the contact page or ring the numbers listed and a member of 4FW staff will get back to at the first available opportunity.
Age Limits and Gender:
4FW take on students both Male and Female from the age of 14 years and upwards.
Training Fees:
Training fees start from as little as £1 per hour, we offer several options to make payments.
£60: Cash - For the month which entitles you to all set sessions plus any sessions we run outside of these times.
£50: Direct Debit - For the month which entitles you to all set sessions plus any sessions we run outside of these times.
£25: Cash - Per 6 hour Sunday session.
£15: Cash - Per 3 hour Weekday session (except Thursday).
What To Wear:
4FW Academy takes great pride in professionalism, health and safety and respect, all of which apply when entering the training centre. We expect all students to turn up in clean trainers or preferably ankle support boots, comfortable clothing (tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt, vest or jumper) and elbow and knee pads (these can be purchased from the training centre).
4FW do supply a uniform which can be ordered and paid for through our shop section on this website or by visiting us at the training centre address.

4FW take great pride in creating a friendly atmosphere and ensuring our students can be the very best they can be. We are aware from past experience that potential students are hesitant on attending as they might make a fool of themselves or fear their physical attributes are not up to scratch. 4FW guarantees that no-one will be judged and our aim is to bring out the very best in each of our students regardless of age, weight, height or gender. Our aim is to make you a success in the industry you dream of one day being a part of.
Trainers:
David Sharp: Made his professional debut in 2002 and became the Academy's assistant Coach in 2005. In 2007, 4FW Management made the decision to run the training centre full-time with David Sharp running as the head Coach.
David Sharp, with his work ethic and eye for detail, has trained many of the 4FW Stars currently plying their trade in European wrestling. The most notable names are: Jack Dynamo, Eddie Reyes, Jason Larusso, Behnam Ali, Owen Phoenix, Lycan, So Sai King and Lomaxx. He also trained past Stars Killer Kong, The Gracie Cousins, Mashaka and Aaron Dean plus many more future Stars currently working hard at the Academy awaiting their professional debuts.
The Saint: Made his professional debut in 2000. The veteran has worked the UK scene for 10 years facing off against the finest talent in the World today such as : Johnny Kidd, Douglas Williams, PAC, 'Hurricane' John Walters, Go Shiozaki and Takeshi Morishima to name a few.
The Saint brings a wealth of experience to the Academy as he became the second recruit to officially join the coaching staff in October 2010. The well travelled veteran will bring hie expertise as 4FW continues with the development of the next batch of breakout stars. |
